Returns and Refunds Policy
All refunds, returns and exchanges for “Products”, including stemware, wine accessories and wine racks sold by [The Rare Cork PTY LTD] (ABN 54 653 081 522) (“Company”, “Us”, “We”, “Our”) are subject to this policy (“Returns / Refunds Policy”) unless otherwise agreed upon.
By purchasing one of our Products, you agree to be bound by the terms & conditions contained in this Returns / Refunds Policy.
The Company reserves the right to alter, modify, add to or change in any way, any provision of these Returns / Refunds Policy.
You may make a “Returns / Refund Request” to the Company for a return or exchange of a Product within 30 days of receiving that Product if you receive a damaged or faulty Product, subject to you sending us an image of that Product.
If a Returns / Refund Request is accepted (as determined by the Company in its sole discretion), the Company will either exchange the Product or return the (full or partial) Product price paid by you via the original payment method used to purchase the Product.
If the Product is not returned in the condition as represented in the image you sent to us (if applicable) and/or you otherwise have no remedy under the Australian Consumer Law, the Company will either dispose of the Product or return the Product to you at your expense.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, a Product will not be considered a damaged:
- If the Product is of an unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear;
- Due to misuse of the Product, using it in an abnormal manner or failure to take reasonable care;
- Due to failure to follow any instructions of use and/or the Product Care Information; and/or
- Due to difficulty in assembling or installing a Product (unless caused by faulty components).
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any returns or refunds of our Products if you change your mind.
